Our policy

Fragrance is a personal product. We want you to love what you receive, but please choose carefully, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Eligible returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. You will need proof of purchase.

To initiate a return email us at info@bombaybare.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@bombaybare.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the unopened item and place a new order separately.
